CoPrint Terms & Conditions
1. Image Ownership & Uploads
• You confirm that you own the rights to the images you upload or have permission to use them.
• Files uploaded are used solely for order fulfillment. CoPrint does not claim copyright.
• CoPrint reserves the right to refuse any images deemed inappropriate or copyrighted without permission
2. File Quality
• For best results, upload high-resolution original files. Screenshots, social media downloads, or low-resolution files may not produce quality prints
• Large prints (16×20) require at least 3000px on the shortest side.
• CoPrint is not responsible for quality issues caused by files that do not meet ecommended resolution or orientation requirements.
3. Print & Color Disclaimer
• Prints may appear slightly different in colour or brightness compared to screens
• CoPrint uses professional-grade materials and printers to produce the highest quality possible
4. Refunds & Reprints
• Refunds are only offered for damaged or defective items during production.
• Orders with files that do not meet quality standards are not refundable, but CoPrint may offer reprints if a suitable high-resolution file is provided.
• Custom orders are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed upon.
5. Shipping & Pickup
• Local orders: Pickup or delivery options will be confirmed at checkout
• Non-local orders: Shipping costs and estimated delivery will be provided. CoPrint is not responsible for delays caused by postal or courier services
6.Turnaround Time
• Standard processing times:
• Small prints & magnets: 7-10 business days unless contacted and agreed upon prior to the order being placed.
• Custom or bulk orders: quoted individually
• Production begins once payment and images are received.
7. Bulk & Custom Orders
• Bulk orders (100+ items) and custom requests (special sizes, layouts, event designs) require prior consultation and may have separate pricing and turnaround times.
8. Privacy
• Your personal information and uploaded files are used solely for order processing and will not be shared without permission.
• Files are stored temporarily for production purposes and deleted after order completion.
